The University of Queensland’s School of Law is offering scholarships to outstanding international students seeking admission to coursework masters programs in law, including the Master of Laws (LLM), Master of International Law (MIL), and Master of International Commercial Law (MICLaw), or dual degree programs.

This scholarship program recognizes outstanding international students who have demonstrated academic excellence and a desire to pursue a career in law.

Value of Award: Two scholarships covering 50% of tuition fees and two scholarships covering 25% of tuition fees are available for courses taken toward the Master of Laws (LLM), Master of International Law (MIL), or Master of International Commercial Law (MICLaw) programs. The scholarship does not cover living expenses, travel costs, international health insurance, or the Student Services and Amenities fee.

  • Applicants must have applied for a postgraduate place or be enrolled at UQ and want to begin postgraduate law studies.
  • Applicants must not hold another scholarship at the same time.
    Applicants must be fluent in the English language.Applicants are encouraged to pursue one of the following programs:
    Master of the Laws
  • International Law Master (including duel programs
  • International Commercial Law Master (including duel programs)
