The marketing assistant is in charge of helping the marketing department with its administrative needs.

The position will require tight collaboration with the team on events, broad social media campaigns, and important digital administrative tasks, such as emails, updating our website, and managing our customer relationship management system.

A vital aspect of the position is marketing and managing the part-time jobs service, which entails working with external customers, updating the websites, and organizing on-campus part-time career fairs.

The position will help externals, employees, and students inside and outside the company.

As a result, we need a person with exceptional communication and customer service skills.

The Students’ Union Marketing Team is a dynamic, innovative team that is in charge of publicizing all of the organization’s services. There are never any two alike days.

This position is essential in offering administrative assistance to the team and the rest of the Students’ Union.

This is a permanent position that requires 18 hours a week of work.
